International Logistics Graduate Programme
Become a future logistics leader with an exciting overseas placement
Ready for a role filled with variety and real-world experience? This two-year programme enables you to grow your skills through three eight-month placements: including the opportunity for one international placement! Explore new working cultures across a choice of European countries, and experience multiple roles in logistics – from site operations to sales. You’ll also be provided with training and mentoring to support your growing career.
Professional qualifications
We fund all Logistics Graduates to complete their:
- International Certificate in Professional Competency (CPC)
- IOSH Managing Safely
- Fork Lift Training (and/or any other appropriate MHE)
- Operator licence awareness training (transport placement specific)
- Bridge strike avoidance training (transport placement specific)
- An Apprenticeship! If your passionate about a specific topic or discipline we offer multiple apprenticeship programmes

What do we need?
- Degree in any discipline
- Willingness to travel overseas
- Eligibility to work in the UK, or your country of application, without the need for sponsorship
- Fluency in English and a second language is desirable, preferably with working knowledge of a third language (if you don’t speak multiple languages, try our domestic graduate programme)

Questions
Temporary accommodation will be arranged for one month until you find permanent accommodation of your own.
We will find two return trips per placement to your home country, and this will be fully funded by the company.
A ‘settling in allowance’ will be paid to fund initial expenses associated with setting up your accommodation (for example you might need a bed).
Yes, we’ll help you with tasks such as tax submissions and general paperwork. We work with a global mobility provider who will support with all paperwork and admin requirements.
You’ll have regular, monthly performance reviews and check ins.
If you have any immediate concerns regarding your wellbeing or the programme, these should be raised to your HR contact. We recognise for some that this could be the first time moving away from home, so it may take a while to settle in a feel confident.
